Think about this book as a journey . . . a literal and metaphorical journey.

As you read, look for

--images or words that reappear;
--changes in setting, characters, Conrad's tone/mood;
--connections, connections, connections to human nature, world events . . .

as Marlow heads farther down the Congo River.

Share what you think you see or what you find.

Post at least two questions, observations, or insights about this play and its cast of characters. Respond to at least one other student's post also.

NOTE: Be sure to put your first name and last initial in the text of the post so I know who to credit.

Also, when responding, be respectful to the ideas of others. Acknowledge the point the student is making and if you disagree do so with proof from the text or clarification from the text.

I will approve all posts before they are published to the web.
